1. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments are subject to availability. When using our online booking system, customers must provide accurate contact and appointment information.
Where online payment is required, submitting the booking form alone does not necessarily confirm the appointment. Confirmation occurs after the required payment has been successfully processed and the booking is accepted by the salon.
2. Service Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are in Australian dollars (AUD). Where a service is described as “From” a particular price, that amount represents a starting price.
The final service price may vary depending on factors such as hair length, density, condition, desired result, time required, product usage and any additional services agreed during consultation.
3. Online Payments
Eligible appointments may be paid for through the secure payment facility presented during checkout. Payment card information is processed by the payment provider and is not intended to be stored directly by Jodie's Hair Room through the booking form.
A payment is not considered successful until the payment provider confirms the transaction.
4. Appointment Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact Jodie's Hair Room as early as reasonably possible.
Any refund or cancellation request will be considered in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and any rights available under applicable Australian consumer law.

5. Salon Services & Consultations
Hair results can vary between clients because hair history, condition, texture, existing colour and other individual factors can affect the outcome of a service.
Where appropriate, the salon may recommend a consultation, alternative treatment, additional service or adjustment to the original booking in order to achieve a suitable result or protect the condition of the hair.
6. Customer Information
Customers should disclose information reasonably relevant to the requested hair service, including previous chemical treatments, colour history or known sensitivities where relevant.
7. Website Information
We aim to keep service descriptions, pricing and other website information accurate and current. However, information may be updated from time to time.
Images on the website may be illustrative and individual service results may vary.
8. Website Availability
We do not guarantee that the website, online booking system or payment facility will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Temporary maintenance, hosting issues or third-party payment service interruptions may occur.
